The world faced wars, plagues, diseases, and still copes.
We
have some events that marked the history of humanity as: The 1st and
2nd world war, financial crises, a new disease emerged, HIV.
In recent years, hunger and HIV has been the battle of many in this world, but people have risen up against it.
Actors,
musicians and entrepreneurs has helped peoples and nations of the earth
in the midst of misery in the fight against hunger and HIV.
When this happen I wonder what the "church" Christians are doing to change this?
I've seen actors like Angelina Jolie with her husband Brad Pitt adopting children and donating millions to African countries.
I have seen the effort of actress Olivia Wilde in his campaign around the world to fight hunger in Haiti.
I have seen the businessman and the richest man in the world by donating your money to African countries. In an interview I read Bill Gates said: "If I do not who will? This is something I must do, when I see people starving. This is my offer. "
I have seen the actress Charlize Theron in its fight against HIV and hunger in Africa.
I've seen singers like Michael Jackson wrote a song, and the sale of the CD raised millions to help children with HIV in Africa.

have seen the singer Bono of Irish rock band U2 along with the band
making their pilgrimage, almost preaching around the world in the fight
against hunger and HIV in Africa.

Nos últimos anos a fome e o HIV tem sido a batalha de muitos nesse mundo, mas pessoas tem se levantado contra isso.
Atores, músicos e empresários tem ajudado, povos e nações da terra em plena miséria na luta contra a fome e o HIV.
Quando isso acontecendo me pergunto o que a “igreja”, os cristãos estão fazendo para mudar isso?
Tenho visto atores como: Angelina Jolie junto com seu marido Brad Pitt adotando crianças e doando milhões a países da África.
Tenho visto o esforço da atriz Olivia Wilde com sua campanha ao redor do mundo para combater a fome no Haiti.
Tenho visto o empresário e o homem mais rico do mundo doando seu dinheiro a países da África. Em uma entrevista que li Bill Gates disse: “Se eu não fizer quem fará? Isso é algo que não posso deixar de faze, quando vejo pessoas morrendo de fome. Essa é a minha oferta.”

Então, pergunto mais uma vez o que nós cristãos estamos fazendo?
Posso dizer com toda certeza que tenho, que as pessoas citadas, as celebridades que citei aqui são pacificadores.
